There was a bit of confusion at the acquariam but we got it worked out

Recommended to us by a friend. We enjoyed seeing lots of sites in a short amount of time. Bus was comfortable and nice and cool on a hot day. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Driver handled the bus well. Easy access to the street car.

Good way to see the city-in theory. Our driver had a few issues with people not speaking English. Very sarcastic, hates Jazz fest not very happy person. He was informative but not fun.
The rating would have been higher if it weren't for the driver.

This bus tour was a great way to start our New Orleans vacation. OUr bus driver was an excellent guide. We learned a lot of history of Ne Orleans, got to visit a cemetery, stopped at the city park for a break and some excellent beneigs. He was an excellent source of information and we loved the tour.

Loved it. Bus was comfortable and the driver was entertaining and knowledgeable. Neighborhood below sea level next to damn and lease info concerning burials have become conversation tidbits at my job. Really cool.

Excellent time and very informative.  Our bus driver was funny and very knowledgeable about New Orleans.  The trip shows you other fun areas of the city not normally explored since everyone goes downtown.  Great trip and would recommend to anyone.  Only disappointment is all Trip Shock prices were the same as the booth downtown.  Can't take advantage of AAA or Military discounts if you book on Trip Shock!

Cemetery tour

There are so many tours going on an once that it really takes away from the creep factor. Kendall had good stories, but he added way too many unimportant details and lost my attention. However, I got A LOT of pics with orbs, and even some with figures!

Too crowded, but a fun experience

Our tour guide was Fernando. He was energetic and knowledgeable. We had a group of 7 of us from Orlando and he took time to get to know us a bit. He does speak very fast which was a bit difficult at times. But that would not stop me from having him again as my tour guide if I were to go again. I highly recommend the night time cemetery tour and will tell my friends to take it when they are in New Orleans.

We were so happy to have this access so that we can ride around, then listen to the tour guide and then we can get off and explore but also back on to our hotel. Everyone will benefit from some part of it. The weather was cold but the staff rolls with the changes and has things in place for weather issues, we had the best time. When we go back for us or family, this will be a must.

The tour was a great ways to see the city.  The guides were knowledgeable and a lot of fun.  We enjoyed our time in New Orleans and the bus tour contributed to that!

The tour guy was professional, nice and friendly!!  He was great at narrating the tour and appeared to be very knowledgeable.  The bus was comfortable in seating, but it was a little warm ,, not enough air circulation.  
Overall, our experience was great, and exciting to know about the city of New Orleans. 

Nola City tour

As a native New Orleanean bringing friends to NOLA, this tour was perfect. Our guide, Gary, gave us the perfect balance of history, food tips, and trip advice. He was fun to hang out with and learn some things I never knew while informing some tourists about the important things you've got to know about New Orleans. This was some of the best money we spent all weekend. I'm putting this on my list of things to do when I bring friends to New Orleans.

New Orleans tour

I only had two days in New Orleans and wanted to explore the city as much as possible. I had a particular interest in learning about the impact of Hurricane Katrina. I spent the majority of my time seeing the French Quarter and some of the Garden District before taking this tour, which I truly enjoyed. Unexpectedly, this tour became the highlight of my trip. I so appreciated our guide’s knowledge of the city, the way he led the tour with truth and a sense of humor, and how he explained the devastation to this day due to Katrina as we traveled to different neighborhoods. It was a humbling experience that I feel I learned a lot from. 10/10 recommend

We were picked up from our Hotel and driven to plantation in comfortable tour bus.  Our Guide Dionne was very informative. Explaining all the sites on our way. Gave us plenty of time to walk around the plantation so we didn’t feel rushed.  Would recommend this tour.

Guided tour and transportation to Whitney plantation from New Orleans

First start our driver was excellent. I didn't get her name but I would definitely request her again. She was knowledgeable about the area called German Coast and knowledgeable about the city of New Orleans. She was just wonderful. I loved the Hotel pickup/drop-off Tripshock provides. This was my first time visiting New Orleans and Tripshock made it so convenient with their accommodations of Hotel pickup. I will definitely use Tripshock again for my next trip. Thank you.

Dionne, guide, was amazing. Shared so many interesting facts the 45 minute drive flew by.  She took the time to explain so much as we traveled - learned a lot.  the plantation tour was an audio recording, very well done, and extremely informative - I was moved to tears by the experience.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND the tour and our guide was the BEST!

We had an excellent time. We even came back to some of the areas to eat. The food was great! Our tour guide was very fun. He gave us plenty of breaks and answered all the questions we had.

I booked this tour a week and a half in advance. The website advertised an 8:30 till 10:30 tour with hotel pick up if you're staying in the French Quarter. Great! I got a call the day before saying there was no pick up and the tour time was 9:30 till 11:30. I had to call and change dinner reservations and check to see if my hotel had in and out privileges for valet but I decided to stick with it. I'm glad we did. Matthew was AMAZING!! He is super knowledgeable and cracks jokes. He has even more fun facts to share if there are no kids present. The sights were pretty dark so a flashlight would be great but you won't be disappointed. There were a few people in our group that pre-purchased drinks on the website for our stop at Bulldogs. There seemed to have been some complications with the manager but they were able to get their drinks. Apparently it was a first time. Overall super fun and super educational. I would recommend this tour.

My husband and I visited NOLA for the weekend for our anniversary. I found this tour on a web search when I was looking for activities. Tyler was very informative, energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was an awesome experience I would definitely do as a first time visitor or a repeater.

So enjoyable time with you guys. My tour was delay 2 hours but you guys gave me an extra tour to the bayou and it always amazing.

we booked the city tour followed by the small air boat swamp tour. The tour guide (Dave) and swamp boat captain (Douey)were excellent and made the experience. They were entertaining and knowledgeable great hosts.
