Company gave wrong address, gas gauge was on "E", two times the boat didn't start during our rental and the last time we wanted to cruise are the Bay Area and weren't able too because the boat wouldn't move and then we were going to be late on the return. Company was aware . We called got a voicemail and no one called us back. Owner had come and taken the phone . Highly frustrated, disputing the charges.

Great experience! Booked in advance by calling the reservation telephone number. The girl on the phone was informative and patient. I was sent a confirmation email and text. Upon arrival I was met at the parking lot and check-in was a breeze. Since everything was done in advance, we got on the boat right away. Boat was clean and ready to go. After a quick tutorial, we were on the water! At the end of the day, return was just as quick and easy. GO LIME PONTOONS!
