How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from a mobile device for entry. Please have a valid ID to confirm the order if needed. It’s highly encouraged that guests confirm the reservation at least 24 hours in advance. 
Parking: Parking is available on-site at 9706 Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA 70072. The 22-mile drive takes 35-45 minutes in normal traffic conditions. 
Departure Details: Experience located at: 9706 Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA 70072. You have chosen our Swamp Tour that includes transportation, you will be picked up curbside at your hotel. Pick up times are at 8:00 AM, 10:20 AM, 12:30 PM or 3:00 PM (seasonal) daily, depending on which tour time you selected. We use our sister company, “Alert Transportation” for the ground transportation service. We ask for up to 30 minutes for the pick up service. Our drivers go hotel to hotel for the pick-up process. Travel time is about 35 to 40 minutes to the swamp tour dock from New Orleans. After arrival, you will go to the ticket booth to get your boarding pass. You will be on the swamp tour boat for 1 hour 40 minutes. As soon as all passengers board the minibus after the tour, the driver will return you back to your hotel. Any issues or to confirm, please contact your provider, Louisiana Tour Company 504-689-3599 OR 504-628-4938.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip the tour guide.

Swamp tour guide was awesome!!

Despite down pours of heavy rain, our guide was great. We did see one gator and some wild life. The small gator on the boat was a special treat for my 6 year old who loved the experience. Kudos to a well thought out tour with interesting history! Definitely recommend!

The Tour Guide was awesome. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name but he was humorous and a risk taker too. He actually opened the side door and splashed water while throwing marshmallows saying "EC" or "TC" which he said the gators understood that mean come here. Unsure how true that is but is was entertaining to hear him call out. When the gator swam up to boat the tour guide tapped the head of the gator. The sound of that gator mouth when it closed was powerful!
I enjoyed the swamp experience and I enjoyed, although a little scared, holding the baby alligator.  I recommend and yes, I would do it again.

Had a GREAT time! Saw a lot of alligators and the captain provided a lot of educational trivia information about the alligators.  He is also pretty good at driving that airboat, the wind felt great despite the heat that day.

From door pick up through the depths of the swap, we enjoyed the onboard baby alligator as much is feeding the up close swamp alligators. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.

nice relaxing view. Good food wasnt pleased that no drinks came with the meal.

Reservations were easy. Getting tickets on the day was fast. Boring was efficient. We were greater nicely and immediately taken to our table. The bartender was pleasant. The red wine that I had was good. The white wine that my wife had was okay. The live music was very good. The cruising was smooth.

We used Barataria Swamp Tour because it was handicap accessible.  We were extremely satisfied with the access onto the boat, and the trip itself. Informative,  our driver was very funny, the staff super nice. A great day.

I’ve been on many gator cruises, this is by far the coolest one! It was a cruise that started at sunset, it was beautiful. Captain Mike was super informative and took us a little off the beaten path. Seeing gators at night with the flashlights was so cool! Just don’t forget long sleeves or pants due to the bugs. But there was even bug spray on board for us. Overall, we had an amazing time and loved Captain Mike! Would absolutely recommend.
