Departure Details: Activity departs from Chute 'Em Up Parasail located at Happy Harbor Marina, 27212 Marina Rd Orange Beach, AL 36561. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. We had the most incredible experience parasailing with Chute ‘Em Up. They were very professional and fun! We will definitely do it again!

Awesome Experience!

My experience was amazing. The boat captains were on top of everything making it fun for everyone. I personally observed but even that was fun just seeing everyone have fun and the jokes made on the boat. We loved it.

It was a sister trip and my 68 birthday gift to me. It was a wonderful experience. Hunter and Joseph took great care of us. The Natalie was super to work with when we made changes for our trip. What a super team to work with. Highly recommended Chute up . We had a blast.

The trip was great! The girls loved it, but we paid for photos and haven’t received anything yet. Pretty annoying when you pay 15% gratuity upfront

We had a great trip out! Parasailing was wonderful, but our Captain and Deckhand made the trip! They were amazing! The two guys were fun, attentive, and made the experience 100%! I can’t remember their names, but we were on the boat that had the Shrek Parachute!

My two granddaughters and I went parasailing together. It was their first time. One was scared but I assured her it would be fun! They absolutely loved it. They also loved the banana boat ride. Can’t wait to come back again! The crew was so helpful getting my handicapped husband on the boat as a spectator. Great memories for all of us!

Was not happy with the $40+ gratuity I had to pay at the counter before we could ride. Gratuity should be a reward for a job well done. Not a standard extra fee on top of the service already paid for. After paying $300 for a 10 minute ride there should be no extra charges like that. I won't do it again because of this.

Lots of fun, very enjoyable, but whoever was driving the banana boat barely let my husband, the last person on, get seated and grab hold before taking off. I think he was too aggressive and didn’t have a safety first mindset. 

No one discussed any safety/emergency measures with us beforehand.  Otherwise, Lauren in the hut did a great job and was super friendly. The parasail boat captain and his deck hand were great too.

We enjoyed it -our first time-and would do it again.

The experience was great, and the staff we met were.awesome. 

The additional "photo package" resulted in mostly poorly framed or too dark photos. Out of the 50-60 pictures I was sent, only a couple were ok after some color correction.

My friends and I had a great time on the dolphin cruise! We saw so many dolphins and even a little baby one! One of the crew members was giving us a lot of interesting facts about the dolphins which was nice! The only thing I’d recommend is keep the music going & have a variety of tunes/genres! we had a great time! Would definitely go again!

Our JetSki rental was amazing. The guy was very informative on the rules and regulations was an amazing experience to JetSki’s around well, Fais we were hoping to see some dolphins, but we didn’t still had a blast though.

My kids and grandson had a great time! Only complaint had nothing to do with your company…just very rude guests. My kids came back with a disturbing story of a large group of customers that wrecked a jet ski and then tried to leave without paying? Sounds like it got kind of scary and my family was worried about their safety. Your company remained professional and I appreciate that. It’s sad how awful and disrespectful some people can be.

My son really enjoyed it! We felt welcomed and well taken care of from beginning to end. He took lots of pictures which he usually doesn’t, and they were pretty awesome! We had a great time on our tour. We chose the morning option & we almost had a private tour!  The captain & first mate were awesome & very knowledgeable. We were able to see several dolphins playing close to our boat.

Ticket are legit. Everything was easily accessed, although the cashier was inexperienced on how to complete the transaction, it was still overall GREAT!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

We had so much fun. Our guides led us to dolphins and let us go at our own pace. They had a rough night (two skis flipped!) so we got 30ish less minutes than usual but was not on them at all. They didn’t want the skis out in the dark or they would’ve given us some more time. Friendly environment and was a warm welcome for our trip to Alabama

We had a great experience on Captain Joe "Fishbait" Hester's 6 hour partyboat fishing trip. The fish were not really biting, but he worked hard to find fish so everybody caught a few fish. He was very fun to be around and tried to make sure everybody enjoyed themselves. It was extremely hot, and we could here other captains over the radio saying they couldn't get fish either. Captain Joe worked hard to put us on fish, and I would recommend this trip. Especaially for the price.
