Departure Details: Boat departs from 288 Harbor Blvd., Destin, FL 32541, right behind the Boat House Oyster Bar. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure. Boat departs on time. Vendor cannot hold the boat if you are not on time. Destin has very high traffic in the season so please account for that and allow yourself extra time. If you do not make the boat you will not be refunded or rebooked, so please make sure to allow yourself enough time to get to departure location. For any issues, please contact your provider, Cruisin' Tikis Destin, at 850-200-0573.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.

We had an amazing time at Crab Island in our own little tiki boat! Complete with the best captain out there! Bailey was so awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time on the water! We saw dolphins and jelly fish. Was absolutely an amazing experience. Thank you so much to Bailey for the best time! I really enjoyed the trip, the water was beautiful. However my captain disappeared for about an hour and my daughter and I were trying to order food. By the time he got back, the food boats left. It was disappointing considering we didn’t eat prior because I wanted my daughter to have the full experience

We take great pride in our team, especially our captains, who are highly trained and dedicated to providing excellent service. Our captain was there near the tiki the entire time as they cannot leave the vessel unattended. Your feedback is important to us, and we will certainly look into the specifics of your experience to ensure any issues are promptly addressed. 

Regarding your request for food from other businesses, your cruise was Sunday afternoon and at the end of the day and we do not monitor the hours of other businesses.  The food that you did want to order was from Chick Fil A and they do not operate on Sundays, nationwide.  We are located at the famous Boathouse and Oyster Bar and they have a fabulous menu you could've ordered from prior to boarding.

Great Experience to Crab island for first time. Excellent communication by our boat captain  and his Assistant Grace! Smooth ride to and from and they offered us our drinks from their coolers and took our pics. Bot was excellent size of small group with cute bar stools like a bar. Floaties are a nice addition. We will be back next year!

We had the best time on our boat excursion to Crab Island. Both Captain Brady and Ken were the best! They were both helpful, personable and made our trip so much fun! It was a memorable trip to Crab Island and now we know who to book our next excursion with!

Great excursion to Crab Island

This is a fun day out to the sandbar. They play music most of the time. Most of the boat is shaded. They have floating tables and inflatables. The crew was okay but somewhat arrogant towards the customers. There is no clear guidance or marked booth to greet customers or guide them to the right boat. We walked up to three boats before being acknowledged.
