I learned a lot this trip. Perry was a great driver and very polite. Lacy a great storyteller and fearless,  also very friendly.  They took us to a great beignet spot. They were delicious.

Charmaine was a fantastic tour guide. I learned so much about cemeteries and hauntings in New Orleans. The trip incorporated so many areas outside of the French Quarter. It was great to see more of the city at night. Charmaine made us feel welcome and comfortable and showed us so many great photos from other tours. Would 100% do this tour again.

Educational and fun

Lacey was very enthusiastic and seemed knowledgeable on the subject around New Orleans. The cemeteries were less than enlightening but perhaps since the tours were at night that is why. Possibly better in the day when you can see.

Cemetery tour

There are so many tours going on an once that it really takes away from the creep factor. Kendall had good stories, but he added way too many unimportant details and lost my attention. However, I got A LOT of pics with orbs, and even some with figures!

Too crowded, but a fun experience

Our tour guide was Fernando. He was energetic and knowledgeable. We had a group of 7 of us from Orlando and he took time to get to know us a bit. He does speak very fast which was a bit difficult at times. But that would not stop me from having him again as my tour guide if I were to go again. I highly recommend the night time cemetery tour and will tell my friends to take it when they are in New Orleans.

We were so happy to have this access so that we can ride around, then listen to the tour guide and then we can get off and explore but also back on to our hotel. Everyone will benefit from some part of it. The weather was cold but the staff rolls with the changes and has things in place for weather issues, we had the best time. When we go back for us or family, this will be a must.

New Orleans tour

I only had two days in New Orleans and wanted to explore the city as much as possible. I had a particular interest in learning about the impact of Hurricane Katrina. I spent the majority of my time seeing the French Quarter and some of the Garden District before taking this tour, which I truly enjoyed. Unexpectedly, this tour became the highlight of my trip. I so appreciated our guide’s knowledge of the city, the way he led the tour with truth and a sense of humor, and how he explained the devastation to this day due to Katrina as we traveled to different neighborhoods. It was a humbling experience that I feel I learned a lot from. 10/10 recommend

As a native New Orleanean bringing friends to NOLA, this tour was perfect. Our guide, Gary, gave us the perfect balance of history, food tips, and trip advice. He was fun to hang out with and learn some things I never knew while informing some tourists about the important things you've got to know about New Orleans. We had an excellent time. We even came back to some of the areas to eat. The food was great! Our tour guide was very fun. He gave us plenty of breaks and answered all the questions we had.

I booked this tour a week and a half in advance. The website advertised an 8:30 till 10:30 tour with hotel pick up if you're staying in the French Quarter. Great! I got a call the day before saying there was no pick up and the tour time was 9:30 till 11:30. I had to call and change dinner reservations and check to see if my hotel had in and out privileges for valet but I decided to stick with it. I'm glad we did. Matthew was AMAZING!! He is super knowledgeable and cracks jokes. He has even more fun facts to share if there are no kids present. The sights were pretty dark so a flashlight would be great but you won't be disappointed. There were a few people in our group that pre-purchased drinks on the website for our stop at Bulldogs. There seemed to have been some complications with the manager but they were able to get their drinks. Apparently it was a first time. Overall super fun and super educational. I would recommend this tour.

My husband and I visited NOLA for the weekend for our anniversary. I found this tour on a web search when I was looking for activities. Tyler was very informative, energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was an awesome experience I would definitely do as a first time visitor or a repeater.

First start our driver was excellent. I didn't get her name but I would definitely request her again. She was knowledgeable about the area called German Coast and knowledgeable about the city of New Orleans. She was just wonderful. I loved the Hotel pickup/drop-off Tripshock provides. Dionne, guide, was amazing. Shared so many interesting facts the 45 minute drive flew by.  She took the time to explain so much as we traveled - learned a lot.  the plantation tour was an audio recording, very well done, and extremely informative - I was moved to tears by the experience.
