Departure Details: Cruise departs from 3400 Pasadena Ave. S, South Pasadena, Florida 33707 (St. Pete Beach). Check in at the ticket window located on the dock, then present the boarding passes to the captain upon boarding. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time. Departs on time. I enjoyed my daytime cruise on the Starlite Sapphire. It lasted 2 hours as opposed to 2.5. The ship has a  lovely dining area on the bottom and a nice area upstairs to catch some rays and see the beautiful ocean. (maybe even some dolphins!) Restrooms were spacious and clean for a ship. The drinks were good and there was a nice selection. I could do without the running commentary, but I may have signed up for that without knowing, and I know some who would enjoy it, so I think that’s personal preference. I enjoyed the music. The flatbread appetizer was good. I enjoyed the bread and oil dip. My chicken Caesar salad was a nice portion and tasty. My friends did not enjoy the beef burgundy. The staff were friendly and inviting.  Overall, an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

The sunset dolphin cruise was absolutely stunning! We saw a lot of dolphins and birds. The captains were very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommended a cruise with Captain’s Kirsten and Rick.

Sunset Dolphin Quest

We saw some dolphins in the residential inlets pretty soon after leaving but, once we left that area, I kind of felt like we were just out for a ride. We left and went all the way up to Madeira. We did see some dolphins there around/under the bridge but can’t stop in that area so we just headed in. This was not our first time on the boat so our previous experience seemed to be a lot more “looking for dolphins” than just simply riding. But the attendants were great and it was a beautiful day to be out on the water, no matter what you were doing. We definitely still enjoyed ourself, just not as much of what we “came for”. Some of the kids were complaining they were bored because we were just riding and nothing to see lol. So that’s all. It’s honestly not a “negative”, just maybe some helpful feedback.

It was wonderful!! I took my kids and grandkids they had such a blast. Free beer. You get a minute when they take the kids back to paint faces.  It’s very fun family friendly and nice so much fun!! Worth every penny!!

We had a very relaxing, nice time on the cruise. The captain and his mate were awesome . However, next time I will book in the winter months due to the evening rains. Unfortunately there was no wind at all and the sunset kind of sucked that evening! All out of the crew's control, of course! I'll definitely go again!

Sunset cruise

The sunset cruise was nothing less that extraordinary!  It was fun watching the captains control the sails and work as a team. They were attentive, without being over-the-top. They interacted with the guests, took pictures and answered questions. But they also gave the guests time to have their own intimate experience. There was ample time to watch the sunset and the cruise back to the marina was almost as spectacular as the ride to the gulf. The sun had set, the colors in the sky were amazing, and sailing by million dollar mansions was the cherry on top. I one-hundred percent recommend this experience.

We had a great trip to Shell Key with Robin and Braelynn. They were very knowledgeable and made it fun. They gave my kids each a shark tooth which was really memorable for them.

Smooth ride in

The Hubbard team were very thoughtful and helpful. The trip on the boat was relaxing. Shell Island has a small sand beach surrounding it which is not crowded at all. The water is crystal clear and a nice warm/cool temperature. We found some nice shells but you will need to swim at least 6 feet out and snorkle dive to reach them. Truly enjoyed the entire trip. Highly recommend. :)
