Departure Details: Rental is located at Gilligan's Watersports, 530 Harbor Boulevard E, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early with a valid ID and credit card for incidentals. For any issues, please contact your provider, Gilligan's Watersports, at 850-650-9000.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. You may take the test and obtain your license <a href="https://www.tripshock.com/boaterstest">here</a>.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.

We had the best time on your pontoon rental!! The guys were awesome and very knowledgeable. We spent a week in Miramar Beach doing all kinds of fun things, but this was by far the best thing we did.  I’d promised my 3 year old grandson I’d take him to see dolphins and we did that aboard the pontoon. We were all so excited because we never expected that. Thanks!

We are local and have rented from another company before and I was very impressed with the size and overall Condition of this boat. It was very nice and I loved being in the harbor. We didn’t have very far to travel to crab Island. The staff was super helpful and instructions were very clear - will definitely rent from them again. Great deal via trip shock!!

Great experience

We rented a boat for 6 hours & we had to cut it short by almost three hours because we had a person get cut by the boat ladder & needed stitches immediately!! We asked for a refund for the three hours we didn’t use & we’re told we needed to contact the 3rd party we used. We did & they told us we needed to contact the place we rented the boat from. All & all it was an awful experience and just glad it was an adult that got hurt and not one of the children.

Rented a pontoon for 4 hours and everything was perfect from the ease of reserving it, arriving and checking in process was super easy, and letting everyone sign the waved ahead of time via our phones make it streamlined! Will definitely rent from them again in the future!

This is our first time using this service and I have to say, I was pretty impress. The whole staff members are friendly and the pontoon we rented was clean and in good working condition.

We had a great time last Sunday ! The staffs were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had little mishap ( the boat stopped and we can’t turn it back on) , we call them and they gave instructions on how to fixed it and when we couldn’t  they said help is on the way .   That’s how helpful and responsive they are .  We will definitely come back !

We have been coming to Destin for 11 years and this was the first year we decided to rent a pontoon and spend the day at Crap Island. The kids loved every minute of it. And to top it off as soon as we pulled back up to the dock a huge sea turtle came up right beside the boat.

Check in process was very slow and the lady in the trailer was not as pleasant or as helpful as she could have been.   The guys by the dock were great and very pleasant and guy on a golf cart was do extremely nice and took our items and one of our friends who had trouble walking down to the dock on the golf cart. We rented a boat for a day out on crab island for my bachelorette. Captain  Robert was wonderful. The boat had everything we needed and we all had the best day.

Captain Rob was our guide for the afternoon and he was nothing but professional, insightful and accommodating. When our group wanted to move around to a different spot at Crab Island, he did so without issue and with ease. He even saved me (the groom to be) the last beer from our stash so I could enjoy on the ride back to our cars!! 10/10 would book again with Captain Rob

We chartered a pontoon for a party of 14. Our captain, Anthony, and deck hand., Carolyn, were amazing. They were super friendly and made sure we all had a fun experience. We will definitely book another Crab Island trip with them.

Great family experience!

There was a total of 8 of us on July 4th. For how busy it was we were all so thankful for having Anthony and his deckhand Victoria. They were so fun and so easy going. Had a very good knowledge of the area and knew just the perfect spot to go. We would definitely do this again and look forward to coming down to visit again soon. Great experience!  Booked in advance by calling the reservation telephone number.  The girl on the phone was informative and patient.  I was sent a confirmation email and text.  Upon arrival I was met at the parking lot and check-in was a breeze.  Since everything was done in advance, we got on the boat right away.  Boat was clean and ready to go.  After a quick tutorial, we were on the water!  At the end of the day, return was just as quick and easy.  GO LIME PONTOONS!

Exactly what you expect on a great day out on the gulf

Only 2 of our 6 total guests made it for this adventure due to uncontrollable circumstances. Nonetheless, we had a great time! As it was my first time ever being on or near the gulf coast and seeing the white sands and clear blue water. My sister being the other guest that made it. It was nice to share the experience. 
Our captain was friendly and knowledgeable, despite the suprise of just 2 guests attending, he had some funny jokes and kept us entertained the whole time. 
Our only downside is that our guests didn't come along, otherwise I will totally recommend this charter/website to others heading to the area.
