Departure Details: Rentals depart from 4607 Legendary Marina Dr, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Any issues, please contact your provider, Mid-Bay Watersports, at 850-424-6444.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. You may take the test and obtain your license <a href="https://www.tripshock.com/boaterstest">here</a>.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary and appreciated to tip 20%.

This was literally the best part of our 6 day trip in Fort Walton Beach/Destin. (4 adults) The excursion itself was great…dolphins, multi-million dollar mansions, gorgeous boats, and of course crab island, which was a blast! Captain Logan was seriously the best! He was a great boating captain, but even better company. Very friendly and easy to talk to. 20/10 would absolutely do this again, and even request Logan as our captain.

We rented a boat for a day out on crab island for my bachelorette. Captain  Robert was wonderful. The boat had everything we needed and we all had the best day.

Captain Rob was our guide for the afternoon and he was nothing but professional, insightful and accommodating. When our group wanted to move around to a different spot at Crab Island, he did so without issue and with ease. He even saved me (the groom to be) the last beer from our stash so I could enjoy on the ride back to our cars!! 10/10 would book again with Captain Rob

Check in process was very slow and the lady in the trailer was not as pleasant or as helpful as she could have been.   The guys by the dock were great and very pleasant and guy on a golf cart was do extremely nice and took our items and one of our friends who had trouble walking down to the dock on the golf cart. Only 2 of our 6 total guests made it for this adventure due to uncontrollable circumstances. Nonetheless, we had a great time! As it was my first time ever being on or near the gulf coast and seeing the white sands and clear blue water. My sister being the other guest that made it. It was nice to share the experience. 
Our captain was friendly and knowledgeable, despite the suprise of just 2 guests attending, he had some funny jokes and kept us entertained the whole time. 
Our only downside is that our guests didn't come along, otherwise I will totally recommend this charter/website to others heading to the area.
