Parking: Free parking is available at the HarborWalk Marina, 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Limited space is available on high-volume days so it is recommended to take one vehicle for your party.
Departure Details: Rental is located at 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure time for instruction. Call to confirm your requested departure time at least 24 hours prior to arrival. For any issues, please contact your provider, Destin Parasailing, at 866-359-3114.
Boater’s License: A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. Overall it was a good time.  We took the time to fill the waivers out online thinking it would save time and when we got there we had to fill them out again.  They gave us a different pontoon then what we booked and come up find out there was another Wilson with a reservation so I believe we were given their pontoon and they got ours.  Also we didn't rent a Lilly pad but the boat they gave us had one on it and the kids got super excited.  They then told us they had us under the wrong reservation and we had to pay for the pad.  Well at that point we didn't have much choice so we paid extra for it.  Just wish they would've had our reservations right, one was Steven and the other was Travis.  They didn't check my voucher which probably would've stopped the confusion.  Oh well.... It is what it is and we had a good time but we probably won't do it again.

We rented a double decker. The pontoon’s slides didn’t work and the lily pad had a tear in it, but without question tripshock refunded us our cost on those items! We still had a good time at the island.

We had the best time on your pontoon rental!! The guys were awesome and very knowledgeable. We spent a week in Miramar Beach doing all kinds of fun things, but this was by far the best thing we did.  I’d promised my 3 year old grandson I’d take him to see dolphins and we did that aboard the pontoon. We were all so excited because we never expected that. Thanks!

Check in process was very slow and the lady in the trailer was not as pleasant or as helpful as she could have been.   The guys by the dock were great and very pleasant and guy on a golf cart was do extremely nice and took our items and one of our friends who had trouble walking down to the dock on the golf cart. Exactly what you expect on a great day out on the gulf

Only 2 of our 6 total guests made it for this adventure due to uncontrollable circumstances. Nonetheless, we had a great time! As it was my first time ever being on or near the gulf coast and seeing the white sands and clear blue water. My sister being the other guest that made it. It was nice to share the experience. 
Our captain was friendly and knowledgeable, despite the suprise of just 2 guests attending, he had some funny jokes and kept us entertained the whole time. 
Our only downside is that our guests didn't come along, otherwise I will totally recommend this charter/website to others heading to the area.

Captain Rob was our guide for the afternoon and he was nothing but professional, insightful and accommodating. When our group wanted to move around to a different spot at Crab Island, he did so without issue and with ease. He even saved me (the groom to be) the last beer from our stash so I could enjoy on the ride back to our cars!! 10/10 would book again with Captain Rob

We chartered a pontoon for a party of 14. Our captain, Anthony, and deck hand., Carolyn, were amazing. They were super friendly and made sure we all had a fun experience. We will definitely book another Crab Island trip with them.

There was a total of 8 of us on July 4th. For how busy it was we were all so thankful for having Anthony and his deckhand Victoria. They were so fun and so easy going. Great experience!  Booked in advance by calling the reservation telephone number.  The girl on the phone was informative and patient.  I was sent a confirmation email and text.  Upon arrival I was met at the parking lot and check-in was a breeze.  Since everything was done in advance, we got on the boat right away.  Boat was clean and ready to go.  After a quick tutorial, we were on the water!  At the end of the day, return was just as quick and easy.  GO LIME PONTOONS!
