Cooking Studio
Pat was our host and she made the day her stories of the history of New Orleans laid the foundations for the food. I have never tasted Gumbo as Pat cooked it and her technique I will try out

Incredible experience in New Orleans!
Can hardly wait to go back and take another class! The instructor, Pat, wove a perfect tapestry with the history of New Orleans and techniques of Creole and Cajun cooking. Of course, the icing on the cake was the opportunity to eat everything that was made! Make sure you go with a healthy appetite! You won't be disappointed!
