Historic River Cruise

Trip was great. The narrator was really good. Very interesting and well spoken.  Added humor too which was great.  Food was very good, better than some of the restaurants we tried.  We spent the time inside since it was rainy outside. Everyone working on the boat was very friendly too.  Great experience.

Best River Tour Ever

We opted for the cruise with lunch and it did not disappoint! The Captain was very knowledgeable and shared great facts as we cruised along the Mississippi river. We were served Jambalaya, Cajun shrimp pasta, red beans and rice and some corn. There was also a Cesar salad and bread pudding. Will recommend to anyone.

Food was Amazing

I enjoyed myself and my husband.We learn so much bout history.The food was very good and the staff was helpful and nice. Most of all the  drinks was on point, hands down to the bar tender.

First trip but not our last.

I didnt like being rescheduled after reserving putting us outside in the rain and cold w children but all in all it was a good experience and we had a blast and tripshock made reservations so easy!

Swamp tour guide was awesome!!

Despite down pours of heavy rain, our guide was great. We did see one gator and some wild life. The small gator on the boat was a special treat for my 6 year old who loved the experience. Kudos to a well thought out tour with interesting history! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been on many gator cruises, this is by far the coolest one! It was a cruise that started at sunset, it was beautiful. Captain Mike was super informative and took us a little off the beaten path. Seeing gators at night with the flashlights was so cool! Just don’t forget long sleeves or pants due to the bugs. But there was even bug spray on board for us. Tour was well coordinated plenty of time at oak alley didn’t feel rushed could enjoy the property before heading to the swamp. Swamp tour was a fun afternoon with Reggie as our captain.

We were a group of 8, and we all give this tour 5 stars.  We were glad that we were on the slow boat in the swamp, because the airboat scares the alligators and birds away.

Oak Alley Plantation is beautiful, especially the grounds and gorgeous trees!

Reservations were easy. Getting tickets on the day was fast. Boring was efficient. We were greater nicely and immediately taken to our table. The bartender was pleasant. The red wine that I had was good. The white wine that my wife had was okay. The live music was very good. The cruising was smooth.
