Departure Details: Experience departs from the Holiday Inn Hotel in Downtown Miami located at 340 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL. Please arrive at least 15 minute before departure. In Key West, the drop-off and pick-up location is 908 Caroline Street (in front of the Railroad Museum). Departs on time. Any issues, please contact provider, Miami Tour Company, at 305-260-6855.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.

We had an amazing bus to Key West. The tour guides were so sweet and understanding and caring! They even waited a couple extra minutes for us at pick up and made sure we had a great time in Key West. Offered so much advice and we had a great time. We booked the snorkel trip and wow! It did not disappoint! I would definitely book with Tripshock and recommend this tour to anyone! Make sure to tip because they work so hard to make sure everyone is safe and accounted for, there and back.

My experience was nice .I should have organized my day better. There were other things to do and seeing that I.missed.

Well organized

The Day Trip was a great way to mark another thing off my bucket list. However, the bus we were riding on experienced some mechanical problems and stopped a couple of times but did restart each time. Bus was worked on during our 5 hour day on Key west and there were no problems on the way back.

It was very nice journey from Miami to keywest. I was unable to get the bus tour due to curfew in Miami during spring break but luckily I got booking in tripshock and it was worth to visit the Keywest. Tour guide is really awesome person. We booked dolphin watch and snorkel tour based on her suggestions and it was really amazing experience.

The air boat tour was fine. I know you can't get wildlife to do what you want. But the land structure was under construction, lil/no shade, I got heat exhaustion & very dehydrated.
Later the bus driver have me bad information & I lost some of my belongings & I was so upset.
Because I was dehydrated I couldn't enjoy my boat tour at Bayside. The bartender only served ppl who climb stairs. & being disabled & dehydrated I couldn't climb stairs to get any drinks.
When it was time to leave the bus was an hour late & I didn't know that we weren't getting on the same bus & I had been told we could leave things on the bus, I hadn't wanted to carry a few things including my picture from the Everglades tour...& we didn't have the same bus but staff didn't seem to care how important that picture was to me.

Dehydrated & disappointed

Went on a boat cruise to see the stars homes and also went on a airboat ride with an alligator show. Very fun and entertaining day! The tour guides were great!

Boat Rides

We took the recommendation from the TripShock! representative to go with both tours and it worked out just fine.  We probably enjoyed the everglades tour a little more than the boat tour, but they both were just fine.  We are from New York so we never appreciated the beautify that southern Florida has to offer!
