How to Redeem: Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from a mobile device to join the tour. Please have a valid ID to confirm the order if needed. Please note that wireless internet is not readily available.
Parking: Please note that parking is not included in the ticket purchase. There is a covered parking garage. After entering the main entrance at NE 3rd Street, stay to your left and follow signs to the parking garage. There is also street parking in front of Bayside Marketplace and additional parking towards the back of the mall. Prices tend to range from $4-$30.
Departure Details: This tour departs from Bayside Marketplace: 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami FL 33132 at the Island Queen Cruises ticket booth. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your desired cruise time. Once you arrive, you must check in and receive a boarding pass for the exact time and boat. Vendor could be sold out, if this is the case, you will go out on the following cruise. Vendor reserves right to make changes to the schedule for operational reasons. The tour is first come first serve, you will be accommodated on the next available trip time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Island Queen Cruises, at 844-478-1513.
Directions: From the North: Take I-95 South to 395 East. Exit at Biscayne Blvd., continue straight. Make a right on Biscayne Blvd. and continue south until you reach NE 2nd Street. Make a U-turn at NE 2nd Street onto Biscayne Blvd. north. Go one block until NE 3rd Street and make a right into Bayside.
From the South: Take I-95 North to 395 East. Exit at Biscayne Blvd., continue straight. Make a right on Biscayne Blvd. and continue south until you reach NE 2nd Street. Make a U-turn at NE 2nd Street onto Biscayne Blvd. north. Go one block until NE 3rd Street and make a right into Bayside.
From Miami Beach: Take 5th Street West which turns into the McArthur Causeway to the Biscayne Blvd. exit. The second traffic light is Biscayne Blvd. – turn left. Continue south on Biscayne Blvd until you reach NE 2nd Street. Make a U-turn at NE 2nd Street onto Biscayne Blvd. north. Go one block until NE 3rd Street and make a right into Bayside.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is always appreciated to tip your tour guide.
