Picking up our boat was super easy they had it cleaned and ready to go. They showed us all the different features and how to use them. Everyone was nice and even asked us how our day days was. The kids had a blast with the slide but I think they liked jumping off the top much more. We ran into a little rain shower and having the top helped keep us out of the rain until we got moved away from the area with lightning.

We rented the double decker party boat with a slide and all of our kids loved it. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well.

Perfect Day

Company was great. People awesome. Boat was fun, but, trim was coming off upstairs deck and dangerous. Pipe on the back stairs was rough and cut my hand. Upholstery was ripped. Side stairs was damaged and is dangerous. Horn button didn’t work.

Use of the pontoon boat

Boat was old and rundown down seats all ripped up. It rained most of the day only out their less then 2 hours and no refund cause of the weather. Would never recommend or use again!!!! Not worth the money for the condition of the boat!!!!

It was a little confusing show that I had eight hours but a half a day so we wasn't really sure about the rental

Boat was fantastic fun and as described in the rental description.  I would suggest adding a description to the pick up location on the reservation form stating (red Top Tier house) b/c the address is difficult to see and the house is easy to miss since it sits beside another rental company. Jimmy made our dream and holiday excellent but we never knew they do not provide a driver and i think they should add it in the policy that a driver is not include. People like us who was trying to do this for the first time, we didn't know and the lady with dark hair was not helping at all but Jimmy changed our nightmare into something very beautiful. He was very understanding and patient.

A+++ Experience

Wonderful day on the bay renting a pontoon boat for the day.  It was in tip top shape.  My son and I fished in the morning and later in the afternoon picked up the rest of the family.  We took a cruise in the bay, had a picnic on an island and even watched dolphins from the boat.  I have disabled kids and the rental crew member went out of his way to be sensitive to their needs, helpful and even made sure we got them onto the boat without issue.  He really helped to provide a great experience overall for all of us.  It was the best service we received all week long.  Highly recommend!

A boat is a boat and this boat was everything as promised but what made the difference for us was the crew helping us. You park almost in the boat and the deck hands will load your equipment for you help you on/off and are their to unload for you too. Booking through TripShock does not include tip so they charge a mandatory tip plus fuel fee but trust me the tip was worth it.

The whole experience was easy and we had a great time.  The slide was a nice touch too.  We would definitely do this again.

My SIL and I enjoy our trip very much. This was the 1st time my SIL had done a dolphin excursion.  She was all smiles even during the brief rain storm.

Quick break from work! Wife and I decided to book a Dolphin cruise. Had a great time. The staff was great and very informative! My wife love dolphins to the point of having a tattoo of one. She loved the experience! Would highly recommend going on this short cruise!

My friends and I had a great time on the dolphin cruise! We saw so many dolphins and even a little baby one! One of the crew members was giving us a lot of interesting facts about the dolphins which was nice! The only thing I’d recommend is keep the music going & have a variety of tunes/genres! we had a great time! Would definitely go again!

My experience was amazing. The boat captains were on top of everything making it fun for everyone. I personally observed but even that was fun just seeing everyone have fun and the jokes made on the boat. We loved it.
