Parking: Free parking is available on-site. 
Departure Details: Experience departs from 18 Simmons Rd, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in at the floating office at the end of the long wooden pier. When you turn onto Simmons road you will make the first right to head into the parking lot. You will then walk down the long wooden pier. At the end of the pier, you will make a left where you will see the vendor's floating office with an Island Head sign on the side of the building. Trip departs on time. Any issues, please contact provider, Island Head Broad Creek, at 843-686-4386.

Our family had a great experience with tubing and if I am not mistaken the captain’s name was John. He observed carefully as we tubbed and catered to each of us with speed and level of difficulty. We had 2 nine yr olds, 2 forty one year olds and myself age 67.  The boat was a nice one too. One of the best activities we have experienced in Hilton Head and we have visited every summer for many years now. Would highly recommend if this is something your family enjoys.

It was a family trip with 2 teens. Checked the weather ahead and booked. Online booking, confirmation and instructions were flawless. Luckily found parking near by. Checkin and boarding was on time. Captain gave good information about the island, Dolphins and surrounding areas. All in all had a great time. Definitely recommend
