Parking: Parking is available for a fee and requires the use of the pay-by-phone app. It is strongly advised to take public transportation, a taxi, or a ride-share service instead of parking at the marina. Parking is VERY limited and is managed by the City of Miami Beach Pay to Park program. Space is on a first/come first/serve basis and the public parking is generally full throughout the day. If you plan to self-park, please schedule to arrive at least 45 minutes before your tour departure to find and pay for parking so as not to risk missing your tour.
Departure Details: This tour departs from the Miami Beach Marina located at 300 Alton Road, Pier E, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Boats are located on the floating dock just as you enter Pier E, to your left. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure. The tour departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Ocean Force Adventures, at 305-372-3388.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is always appreciated and encouraged to tip.

We had a wonderful time on Wednesday 4/14/2021 on the celebrity boat tour. The captain, the young lady who was our tour guide, Alex the photographer and the other crew members, they were all Excellent!! They made the tour a Perfect experience for my husband and I. Whenever we return to Miami for a visit, we will do this again

It was very hard to hear the tour guide over the loudspeaker. It was nice she repeated everything in Spanish, but I don't understand Spanish.

The air boat tour was fine. I know you can't get wildlife to do what you want. But the land structure was under construction, lil/no shade, I got heat exhaustion & very dehydrated.
Later the bus driver have me bad information & I lost some of my belongings & I was so upset.
Because I was dehydrated I couldn't enjoy my boat tour at Bayside. The bartender only served ppl who climb stairs. & being disabled & dehydrated I couldn't climb stairs to get any drinks.
When it was time to leave the bus was an hour late & I didn't know that we weren't getting on the same bus & I had been told we could leave things on the bus, I hadn't wanted to carry a few things including my picture from the Everglades tour...& we didn't have the same bus but staff didn't seem to care how important that picture was to me.

Dehydrated & disappointed

Went on a boat cruise to see the stars homes and also went on a airboat ride with an alligator show. Very fun and entertaining day! The tour guides were great!

Boat Rides

We took the recommendation from the TripShock! representative to go with both tours and it worked out just fine.  We probably enjoyed the everglades tour a little more than the boat tour, but they both were just fine.  We are from New York so we never appreciated the beautify that southern Florida has to offer!
