Parking: Parking is available onsite at 500 Decatur for a fee.
Departure Details: Experience departs from the Lighthouse Ticket Office located at 400 Toulouse St. at the Mississippi River in the French Quarter. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time to check-in. It is best to confirm this tour and time prior to departure. Schedule and availability are subject to change. This cruise typically departs daily at 7:00 pm CST and boarding starts at 6:00 pm. There are two dining times to choose from, the earlier dining time takes place during boarding while still at the dock. The later dining time takes place while cruising on the river. For any issues, please contact your provider, Gray Line New Orleans, at 800-233-2628.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip the tour guide 20%.

My husband and I had a very nice time on the cruise. The views were beautiful, the music was lively, the ride was smooth and the staff ran everything smoothly and on time. we ate on the cruise. The food was ok. Basic, nothing fabulous. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. My only tiniest issue was that it is very crowded. People found a seat and parked it in the same spot all night. But thats nothing against the cruise. It is an experience I would definitely recommend trying out.

Fun Time!

Food good. Atmosphere was great. Seating was below par. Private party on second level...masks not seen.no where to really sit and enjoy after dinner.

Usually a number of tables & chairs on the 3rd deck or the rooftop.  Our staff must be masked per the city guidelines and people are once again asked to leave their masks unless seated dining or drinking.  Our staff reminds people they spot walking around without one.  Our apology if you did not locate the seating you desired after dinner.

nice relaxing view. Good food wasnt pleased that no drinks came with the meal.

Reservations were easy. Getting tickets on the day was fast. Boring was efficient. We were greater nicely and immediately taken to our table. The bartender was pleasant. The red wine that I had was good. The white wine that my wife had was okay. The live music was very good. The cruising was smooth.

Trip was great. The narrator was really good. Very interesting and well spoken.  Added humor too which was great.  Food was very good, better than some of the restaurants we tried. Swamp tour guide was awesome!!

Despite down pours of heavy rain, our guide was great. We did see one gator and some wild life. The small gator on the boat was a special treat for my 6 year old who loved the experience. Kudos to a well thought out tour with interesting history! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been on many gator cruises, this is by far the coolest one! It was a cruise that started at sunset, it was beautiful. Captain Mike was super informative and took us a little off the beaten path. Seeing gators at night with the flashlights was so cool! Just don’t forget long sleeves or pants due to the bugs. But there was even bug spray on board for us. Overall, we had an amazing time and loved Captain Mike! Would absolutely recommend.

Tour was well coordinated plenty of time at oak alley didn’t feel rushed could enjoy the property before heading to the swamp. Swamp tour was a fun afternoon with Reggie as our captain.

We were a group of 8, and we all give this tour 5 stars.  We were glad that we were on the slow boat in the swamp, because the airboat scares the alligators and birds away.

Oak Alley Plantation is beautiful, especially the grounds and gorgeous trees!
