Drivers have a small time frame to pick up everyone, so please be ready and waiting outside your pickup location at least 1.5 hours before scheduled tour time. Swamp Delicious

The pontoon captain was knowledgeable and fun. The ride through the swamps was relaxing and exciting. Totally recommend.

Fantastic, fun, relaxing

Are guide was entertaining knowledgeable took the time to show us the bayou, and even stopped many times to see the animals in there natural setting. Enjoyed the trip but next time will bring a blanket it was a little cold.

We expected to be on the air boat, but really this was so much better. We saw some Gators that I don't think the air boat would have. Or guide was awesome. If anyone wants to see some cool Gators and swamp, go the inexpensive route and you won't be sorry. We spent our savings on gifts and the silly photos! Thanks for making this one of the highlights of our trip to NOLA!!

Would go again!

We didn't get to use the voucher because it was for the wrong location. So many different Jean Lafitte so just make sure its the right location. We called snd tried to get the voucher changed to the right location but the people were mean and rude and didn't want change location to where we were at. So 30.00 wasted plus we had to pay for the tour we were at.

The day before your tour you were sent reminders about the time and location. We are sorry that you booked yourself for the wrong tour. The Jean Lafitte National Park is over 17,000 acres of swamp land with dozens of different tours owned by different companies going out daily. Your tour could not be refunded because you did not discover your mistake in booking until you showed up at the wrong location. At that point, the company you had booked with missed the opportunity to sell your seats in time for the tour. We are sorry you missed this wonderful tour but do hope that in the future, should you need help booking on our site, you'll call and talk to a Reservations Agent so that we may go over any questions you may have, including location. First trip but not our last.

I didnt like being rescheduled after reserving putting us outside in the rain and cold w children but all in all it was a good experience and we had a blast and tripshock made reservations so easy!

Swamp tour guide was awesome!!

Despite down pours of heavy rain, our guide was great. We did see one gator and some wild life. The small gator on the boat was a special treat for my 6 year old who loved the experience. Kudos to a well thought out tour with interesting history! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been on many gator cruises, this is by far the coolest one! It was a cruise that started at sunset, it was beautiful. Captain Mike was super informative and took us a little off the beaten path. Seeing gators at night with the flashlights was so cool! Just don’t forget long sleeves or pants due to the bugs. But there was even bug spray on board for us. Overall, we had an amazing time and loved Captain Mike! Would absolutely recommend.

Tour was well coordinated plenty of time at oak alley didn’t feel rushed could enjoy the property before heading to the swamp. Swamp tour was a fun afternoon with Reggie as our captain.

We were a group of 8, and we all give this tour 5 stars.  We were glad that we were on the slow boat in the swamp, because the airboat scares the alligators and birds away.

Reservations were easy. Getting tickets on the day was fast. Boring was efficient. We were greater nicely and immediately taken to our table. The bartender was pleasant. The red wine that I had was good. The white wine that my wife had was okay. The live music was very good. The cruising was smooth.
