After purchasing the tickets, call 1-877-643-1258 or email RECONFIRM@GRAYLINEMIAMI.COM to confirm your pick up time and location. Please call the provider 48 hours prior to service to reconfirm the details. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure and present your voucher to the Gray Line representative upon pick-up. Tour departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Gray Line Miami, at 877-643-1258.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide/driver.

It was very nice journey from Miami to keywest. I was unable to get the bus tour due to curfew in Miami during spring break but luckily I got booking in tripshock and it was worth to visit the Keywest. Tour guide is really awesome person. We booked dolphin watch and snorkel tour based on her suggestions and it was really amazing experience.
