Parking: Parking is available across the street from Seawinds. Parking at Sea 'N Suds will result in a towed vehicle.
Departure Details: Activity departs from Blue Sky located at 401 East Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Park then walk down to the beach and look for a ticket booth on the beach at Seawinds Condominiums. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time to check-in. Departs on time. For any issues, please contact the provider, Southern Rose Dolphin Trips and Parasailing, at 251-981-7673.
Gratuities: There is a mandatory 15% gratuity fee that will be collected upon arrival.

Such a scam for what we paid I didn’t realize it was just with a WaveRunner off the shore and literally like five minute ride. My kids didn’t even get wet. It was that bad.

We're grateful that the staff accommodated our tardiness, due to getting lost, and fit us in for our ride. The ride was a blast but the time approaching a location to accelerate enough for a fun ride is too long.

Vacationers Ride

The trip was literally 5 minutes! All the fast are very unfriendly I was getting in and the guy literally said hurry up guys like dude it’s slippery wet and of course i dnt have great knees I noticed a customer after us she was also having a hard time getting on and nobody helped her and they  seemed annoyed! Honestly it’s not worth it it’s cheap yes but also cheap customer service!

Too short bad attitude

This is such a fun experience. I wish it could have lasted longer. My 3, 11, and 13 year Olds  all really enjoyed it and wanted to go again. The staff was extremely friendly and they also seen dolphins so took us so we could all see them.

I want my money back

The picture advertised was not what we rode on.  The people running the banana boat put way too many people on the ride and the jet ski could not pull us very fast.   Half of us had to get off.  When it was our turn to ride I feel like our ride was cut short because we had to spilt up.  Not worth the money.

My daughter talked us into this and it was amazing!!!  Loved it!!  Too bad the pictures I paid for didn’t turn out very good.  Most were too dark to see our faces

Enjoyed but

My two granddaughters and I went parasailing together. It was their first time. One was scared but I assured her it would be fun! They absolutely loved it. They also loved the banana boat ride. Can’t wait to come back again! The crew was so helpful getting my handicapped husband on the boat as a spectator. Great memories for all of us!

Lots of fun, very enjoyable, but whoever was driving the banana boat barely let my husband, the last person on, get seated and grab hold before taking off. I think he was too aggressive and didn’t have a safety first mindset. 

No one discussed any safety/emergency measures with us beforehand.  Otherwise, Lauren in the hut did a great job and was super friendly. The parasail boat captain and his deck hand were great too.

We enjoyed it -our first time-and would do it again.

Our JetSki rental was amazing. The guy was very informative on the rules and regulations was an amazing experience to JetSki’s around well, Fais we were hoping to see some dolphins, but we didn’t still had a blast though.

My kids and grandson had a great time! Only complaint had nothing to do with your company…just very rude guests. My kids came back with a disturbing story of a large group of customers that wrecked a jet ski and then tried to leave without paying? Sounds like it got kind of scary and my family was worried about their safety. Your company remained professional and I appreciate that. It’s sad how awful and disrespectful some people can be.

If you like Christian music (I do not), this is a great cruise for you. If I had known they were promoting a religious atmosphere I would have chosen something else. On the other hand, We saw lots of dolphins, and the hosts were gracious and knowledgeable. They had a resident doggo, and two tiny kittens that the kids loved. The day was perfect, with a fantastic breeze and the sun low. The only negative was the music, which for me makes or breaks an experience.

We had a great time on our tour. We chose the morning option & we almost had a private tour!  The captain & first mate were awesome & very knowledgeable. We were able to see several dolphins playing close to our boat.

We had so much fun. Our guides led us to dolphins and let us go at our own pace. They had a rough night (two skis flipped!) so we got 30ish less minutes than usual but was not on them at all. They didn’t want the skis out in the dark or they would’ve given us some more time. Friendly environment and was a warm welcome for our trip to Alabama

We had a great experience on Captain Joe "Fishbait" Hester's 6 hour partyboat fishing trip. The fish were not really biting, but he worked hard to find fish so everybody caught a few fish. He was very fun to be around and tried to make sure everybody enjoyed themselves. It was extremely hot, and we could here other captains over the radio saying they couldn't get fish either. Captain Joe worked hard to put us on fish, and I would recommend this trip. Especaially for the price.
