Departure Details: This tour will depart from Central Station located at Bayfront Park, 301 North Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL,33132. However, the bus may be boarded from all Hop on, Hop off locations. Please call the provider 48 hours prior to service to reconfirm the details. When you arrive, present your voucher to the Gray Line representative upon pick-up. This tour operates daily with the first loop departing at 9:00 AM and the last loop departing at 5:30 PM (and returning to Central Station at 7:00 PM). Tour departs on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Gray Line Miami, at 877-643-1258.
Gratuities: Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide/driver 20%.

Simply, this tour is a great idea for anyone just wanting to see what miami has to offer for a day. Pick-ups were on time, and the stops encompass a large area so I was able to visit most the places I've always been told I should go (arsht center and mango's especially).

My husband and I enjoyed the freedom of being able to do what we wanted without having to get a cab, or rent a car. I'd recommend to anyone that doesn't know the city real well.
