Departure Details: For the morning tour, hotel pickups begin at 8:45 AM in North Miami Beach and continue until approximately 10:00 AM. For the afternoon tour, hotel pickups begin at 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. After purchasing the tickets, call 1-877-643-1258 or email RECONFIRM@GRAYLINEMIAMI.COM to confirm your pick up time and location. Please call the provider 48 hours prior to service to reconfirm the details and present your voucher to the Gray Line representative upon pick-up. Bus will depart on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Gray Line Miami, at 877-643-1258.

The air boat tour was fine. I know you can't get wildlife to do what you want. But the land structure was under construction, lil/no shade, I got heat exhaustion & very dehydrated.
Later the bus driver have me bad information & I lost some of my belongings & I was so upset.
Because I was dehydrated I couldn't enjoy my boat tour at Bayside. The bartender only served ppl who climb stairs. & being disabled & dehydrated I couldn't climb stairs to get any drinks.
When it was time to leave the bus was an hour late & I didn't know that we weren't getting on the same bus & I had been told we could leave things on the bus, I hadn't wanted to carry a few things including my picture from the Everglades tour...& we didn't have the same bus but staff didn't seem to care how important that picture was to me.

Dehydrated & disappointed

Went on a boat cruise to see the stars homes and also went on a airboat ride with an alligator show. Very fun and entertaining day! The tour guides were great!

We took the recommendation from the TripShock! representative to go with both tours and it worked out just fine.  We probably enjoyed the everglades tour a little more than the boat tour, but they both were just fine.  We are from New York so we never appreciated the beautify that southern Florida has to offer!

We had a fun time! The only thing I’d recommend is spreading people out more. They pile everyone in together on one side. That wasn’t fun. Everyone’s lines kept getting tangled and I don’t like being elbow to elbow with people.

We had a wonderful time on Wednesday 4/14/2021 on the celebrity boat tour. The captain, the young lady who was our tour guide, Alex the photographer and the other crew members, they were all Excellent!! They made the tour a Perfect experience for my husband and I. My experience was nice .I should have organized my day better. There were other things to do and seeing that I.missed.

Well organized

The Day Trip was a great way to mark another thing off my bucket list. However, the bus we were riding on experienced some mechanical problems and stopped a couple of times but did restart each time. Bus was worked on during our 5 hour day on Key west and there were no problems on the way back.
