Why did you choose this activity?

We have been deep sea fishing before and wanted our kids to be able to experience the fun we had when we went.

How did you get to the activity location?

Getting to the harbor walk was a quick and easy drive from Miramar Beach where we stayed at Sea Cove condos.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Captain Nick was great. The mates (the only name I can remember is Dalton) were super friendly and helpful. They were very encouraging to the girls in the group when they saw us struggling with our catches.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

This experience was memorable, not only because I caught the biggest fish, but because I got to experience it with my family. The boys in the group had a great time as did the girls. On my first cast out, I caught two red snappers, one on each hook.

My 16 year old son loves fishing, but he had never been deep sea fishing before. He has been asking to go for years, basically every summer when we come to Florida. He had a blast and the memories we made together are priceless.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I absolutely recommend it. The Swoop is the best fishing charter, in my opinion, and I’m sure anyone else would love it, too.
