We’ve used Tripshock in the past for a sunset cruise, so now I know to check their website for deals when we visit the area.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked about a week in advance. A few years ago, in PCB, we couldn’t find any jet skis that weren’t already booked. This year, I decided to plan ahead and book early in the week. I chose an early bird special at 9 am, but had to change it because no one was going to be able to get out of bed and ready that early this week. Haha. The staff was accommodating and changed our reservation to 11 without a problem—though, of course, with a slight price difference. Our younger drivers had done the boat course online before we came so we just had to show them proof of passing and suit up, get last-minute instructions about operating the skis

Why did you choose this activity?

It’s fun to see the scenery from a new perspective and to drive fast on the water!

How did you get to the activity location?

It was a quick car ride from our condo.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

Well, no one flew off a ski this year, thankfully! The views were crazy beautiful and everyone had more fun than ever! We were able to stretch from near the west edge of Okaloosa almost all the way to Destin, to sail through the wakes of bigger boats. The weather couldn’t have been nicer with sunny, clear skies. We zoomed around the bay with each other and saw a dolphin tour go by, and many larger boats, too.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

This was a fun activity for all ages. We ranged from ages 9 to 50 and everyone had a great time!
