We searched pontoon rentals in Fort Walton and found the pink pontoons.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked a day before our trip. It was easy to find availability!

Why did you choose this activity?

We wanted to take our kids out to Crab Island. There were a lot of options, but we chose between a Crab Island tour and boat rental. I figured a rental was best for us so we could have more freedom. We heard it was a fun family place to go, and we weren’t disappointed!

How did you get to the activity location?

The drive from our condo was about 10 minutes.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The experience was excellent! The staff was great and very helpful. Super friendly people and very knowledgeable. We got through the tutorial with no problems, and felt very prepared to drive and anchor the boat at Crab Island.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The highlight of the day was when we saw some dolphins over by Crab Island. We also saw tons of crabs, a few jellyfish, and some rainbow fish. Definitely take some goggles with you to see all of the marine life below! Quite a few boats around, but not too crowded. They also had food and drink boats around for your convenience. Great experience for the family. Just don’t forget your sunscreen, some water, and a few snacks!

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes, I would definitely recommend this to a large group. We had 9 and it fit us very comfortably. We could have likely fit a few more on the boat. Crab Island was very family friendly, and the kids had tons of fun!
