Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The professional family photos on the beach from Shoreshooters.com were so, so beautiful! The photographer was so patient with our large group that included low-energy great-grandparents and high energy children. She waited for the exact right time for the sunset lighting and cloud position to start snapping photos. We will treasure these photos forever. This would not have been possible without the wheelchair we rented from Destin Wheels.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes, I would recommend it. If you have elderly, don’t stop them from getting to see the ocean. They love just sitting there watching the waves. Rent a beach wheelchair two months out. Grayton Beach State Park has one chair for loan, but it is in high demand. The park has a handicapped-friendly ramp from the parking lot and then a mat that you can use to push a wheelchair all the way to the water’s edge if you want.
