I found TripShock on Google when I searched for dolphin cruise in Gulf Shores.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

I booked my tour two days prior to the cruise.

Why did you choose this activity?

This was a bucket list item of mine. I’ve always wanted to go on a dolphin cruise!

How did you get to the activity location?

We drove to the Wharf Marina by car. Even though we stayed in West Beach, it was a short enjoyable drive.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The Captain was friendly and energetic! He made everyone feel welcome and safe. The other crew members were equally as accommodating.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The dolphin cruise on the Sunny Lady was one to remember for my family! We were able to see several dolphins throughout the tour.

The Captain knew them by name and was able to locate them within 10 mins into the tour. He was also informative about the area and gave a little history on the waterway, which I enjoyed.

We were able to sit at the front of the boat and had a great view. When the dolphins “surfed” behind the boat we were still able to see them.

The boat felt safe and large enough to move around. The Captain allowed my children into the cabin for photos and to drive the boat.

He took individual time with my children and gave them props to use for the photos. He also took the photos himself. A+ service and attitudes!

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

We felt welcome, safe and comfortable. The staff was excited and energetic, which added to the experience.
