We found TripShock on Google when we searched for fun things to do in Destin, and we searched for ways to get Crab Island from there. We particularly were interested in the Crab Island boat rentals and Crab Island excursions.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked in the morning on the same day of departure while we finished our stay in Panama City Beach.

Why did you choose this activity?

My family wanted to do something fun on the water. We also read that Crab Island is a fantastic place to see. It is a beautiful area in the middle of the sea with a great view all around!

How did you get to the activity location?

Getting to the harbor was just an hour car ride from our hotel in Panama City Beach.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great guidelines and safety directions before we left the dock. We didn’t know exactly how to get to Crab Island, but they pointed us in the right direction and we got there easily!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

There are a number of things that make this activity a great memory for my family and I. First, it was easy to make the reservation by phone, and I was given all the information that I needed to decide which activity to choose. The representative was patient and kind, as well.

Second, the boat was amazing, very new, and in great condition! It looked like they kept it up well and it was taken care of right before we used it. Also, I want to mention the beautiful view that we saw on the way to get Crab Island. It is a great destination that we will definitely visit again in the future!
