<p><strong>How to Redeem:</strong> Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from a mobile device to receive the rental. Please have a valid ID to confirm the order if needed. </p>
<p><strong>Liability Waiver:</strong> Please fill out your waivers prior to arrival <a href="https://awaiver.com/Sign/1118">here</a>. </p>
<p><strong>Parking:</strong> Free parking is available on-site.</p>
<p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> Laguna's Watersports is located at 460 Pensacola Beach Blvd., Pensacola Beach, FL 32561. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time. Jet skis are first come, first served but wait times are usually less than 15 minutes. For any issues, please contact your provider, Laguna's Watersports, at 850-677-3905. </p>
<p><strong>Boater's Test:</strong> A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. You may take the test and obtain your license <a href="https://www.tripshock.com/boaterstest">here</a>. </p>
<p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required, it is customary to tip.</p>

Amazing

It was our first time to ever jet ski
It was absolutely. worth the time.  The guys who worked on Friday morning were extremely kind .This will be an experience I will never forget

Jet skis were fine once we finally were able to ride. 
The gal running the jet ski rental was so far from helpful. 
Wasted plenty of our time. We generally go to key sailing but I messed up. 
The process of things that needed  done prior to riding was not ran effectively communicated resulting in wasted time. 

A lot of questions not answered. A lot of waiting around because we were t told we needed to fill out another waiver beyond the one on the internet. 
We were there over two hours just waiting….. 
will not be back.

The experience was awesome!!! From checking in to riding, everyone was helpful and very nice!!! Definitely going back!!

Had a blast

TripShock was certainly an experience to remember! The crew made sure you understood the safety rules & regulations but most importantly, they made sure we had a good time! If you were born after 1988 you’ll have to complete a 25 multiple questions test. That’s the only bummer. Especially, if it’s hot & there was no where to comfortably do the test & the wind was just blowing the papers all over the place. I wasn’t informed about having to do a test until I got there so I wasn’t mentally prepared for it & would have done it the day before it was time to get on the jet ski. The crew was very friendly. I would do this activity again!

Awesome experience

It was a great experience, a joyful time! The people there are lovely, and they explain everything so everybody can understand and have some fun!

We decided to do jet skiing & my Husband an I had a blast! Definitely recommend if you’re into adrenaline activity’s.

Great for our one daughter who was new to driving her own machine. Otherwise a little boring as the area you can access is pretty small so you end up going in circles, also can’t imagine if ther were more tha 4 or 5 machines on the water with you as you would crash into one another.

Great for a first time jet ski run!

<p>The jet skis were awesome an the beautiful water, and the experience will always be memorable! The employees were all so helpful and nice. The guy volunteered to take our pictures on the jet skis.</p>
<p>It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had. We will most definitely be back really soon.</p>
<p>We look forward to bringing my whole family back soon to enjoy the wonderful jet skis. I know they will enjoy it because we had a blast!</p>
