<p><strong>Parking:</strong> Vendor does not provide parking. Parking is extremely limited in the area so ride sharing services are highly suggested instead of trying to find parking. If customers cannot find parking in time to make the trip customers will not be refunded or rescheduled. <p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> Boat departs from 288 Harbor Blvd., Destin, FL 32541, right behind the Boat House Oyster Bar. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure. Boat departs on time. We cannot hold the boat if you are not on time. Destin has very high traffic in the season so please account for that and allow yourself extra time. If you do not make the boat you will not be refunded or rebooked, so please make sure to allow yourself enough time to get to departure location. For any issues, please contact your provider, Cruisin' Tikis Destin, at 850-200-0573.</p>
<p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.</p>

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Crab Island on the tiki boat with Captain Bailey!  She is very personable & knowledgeable, just a delight to cruise with!  We would definitely recommend taking this tiki boat ride to crab island & can't wait to go again!

Amazing!!

I really enjoyed the trip, the water was beautiful. However my captain disappeared for about an hour and my daughter and I were trying to order food. By the time he got back, the food boats left. It was disappointing considering we didn’t eat prior because I wanted my daughter to have the full experience

Firstly, I apologize if your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We take great pride in our team, especially our captains, who are highly trained and dedicated to providing excellent service. Our captain was there near the tiki the entire time as they cannot leave the vessel unattended. Your feedback is important to us, and we will certainly look into the specifics of your experience to ensure any issues are promptly addressed. 

Regarding your request for food from other businesses, your cruise was Sunday afternoon and at the end of the day and we do not monitor the hours of other businesses.  The food that you did want to order was from Chick Fil A and they do not operate on Sundays, nationwide.  We are located at the famous Boathouse and Oyster Bar and they have a fabulous menu you could've ordered from prior to boarding.

The captain arrived and did not introduce herself as all of the other captains did when they came and greeted all of their company. She was late. We were the very last ones on the boat. She played music on the way. There didn't ask us our choice and music. Or if we wanted to play our own music. At crab island she swam and talk to her friends that were selling hats on a boat. The entire time and did not turn music on our boat at all. And then my phone came up missing and she was all the way up at the top of the parking lot almost to the main road and looked at me and my husband and asked us. What we were doing when we were simply walking out and we stated that we had lost the phone. She was a very smart mouth. When I asked her to take me back to the boat she goes there. Go look, there's no phone on this boat and don't get back on this boat. Needless to say, someone found my phone and turned it back in. It was all the way up at the Main Street. Where my husband and I had not even made it to yet. Where she was coming from, she took my phone off that boat. And went and threw it in the road

Our captain was on time, it was actually another group that was late that the captain was trying to get settled.

It is standard for our captains to play music when it is a mixed group of individuals.  Typically when our boats are booked as private charters the customers have the option of playing their own music. You may always booked another trip and try the Private Charter experience.

We all have friends and relationships with many different businesses out at Crab Island because we all look out for each other.  A quick check in with our co-workers is paramount for everyone's safety.

Speaking of safety, our captains are there to make sure you arrive to all destinations safely.  When the captain gives orders that are in regards to your safety, they must be followed as they are the master of the vessel.  Your husband was asked several times to not jump off of the boat.  This could've resulted in a major accident.  Then there was the belligerent and offensive actions and comments fro your husband asking people to show them their "parts".  The captain even had to ask your husband to not consume illegal substances in board. Not to mention the over consumption of alcohol that the captain and Boathouse crew witnessed after returning to the dock.  One of the Boathouse crew saved your husband from cracking his head because he fell down drunk.  

In regards to your phone, we can assure you that our captain did not steal your phone as you're implying.  Your bag was dumped out on the ground and on top of the trash can in front of the Red Door Saloon.  A family found your phone on the ground after you tried to board our boats without permission and they turned it in.

My friend and I were running late and were very thankful Captain Justin and the other riders were so kind to wait for us even though they did not have to! It was a blast and Justin played great music! Definitely want to book this again!

<p>This looked like a ton of fun for our family and we did not want to try to drive a pontoon with no boating experience</p>

<p>We drove our rental car and parked in the private parking within walking distance for $10/24hr</p>

<p>The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Our tour guide was fantastic and gave us good recommendations near by.</p>

<p>The weather was beautiful the water was perfect and the tiki boat ride was gentle.The staff was amazing and the views were gorgeous. We would definelty go back to crab Island on the tiki boat again! The tour guide could do anything we asked except hand us our alcohol since they do not have a liquor license. Our 5 year old flaotie kept floating away from the tiki so she tied it to the boat which was super helpful, they also had their own floating for people to use.</p>
