We booked it two days prior.

Why did you choose this activity?

We love sailboats! So we wanted to do a sailboat cruise.

How did you get to the activity location?

It was just a few miles in the car to the harbor from our condo.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

They made us feel like family! It was a very special experience.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

We had a storm blow through, and the captain said we will wait it out for about 30 minutes. I feel like they went above and beyond by doing just that.

I have booked other cruises where the trip was cancelled due to weather. They had to mop the deck and all furniture which required extra work on their end. About 40 minutes later it was smooth sailing.

The Captain and Abby were both very professional and friendly. They made us feel like family, taking our photo on the boat and recommending things to do.

We had Dolphins swim right next to the boat. The breeze was blowing through the sails as we drank cocktails.

It was an amazing experience. These wonderful people are doing customer service right.
