We found TripShock on Google. We were searching for a dolphin cruise in Panama City Beach. We chose this cruise because it was at sunset and they offered free drinks.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked a couple of days before the cruise.

Why did you choose this activity?

My daughter and I went on a dolphin tour the last time we were at the beach so we wanted to do another one with the whole family.

How did you get to the activity location?

Getting to the harbor was a short car ride from our resort.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The captain was amazing! He was funny, knowledgeable, and very nice. His crew was very hospitable. I wasn’t expecting the service that they provided. They walked around during the whole cruise asking us if they could get us anything.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

At one point we saw about twenty dolphins in one area. They were all playing, jumping, and splashing. They loved the attention and stayed right with us for quite some time. Then the captain turned our boat into the most gorgeous sunset I’ve ever seen. We got wonderful photos and videos. It was an unforgettable experience. We loved getting to know the other passengers and learn where they were from. This cruise was definitely the best memory we made on our trip.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I have been on other dolphin cruises. This was by far the best. We will do this cruise every time we’re in Panama City Beach.
