<p><strong>Parking:</strong> Public parking is available at the Old Lighthouse Marina next to the Boatyard Restaurant near Captain Anderson's.</p>
<p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> Tour departs from 5325 North Lagoon Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. The Aquatic Adventures kiosk is located at the Old Lighthouse Marina next to the Boatyard Restaurant near Captain Anderson's Marina. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure for a safety orientation. Tour departs on time. For any issues, please contact the provider, FUNPCB, at 850-235-8051.</p>
<p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required, it is customary to tip your tour guide 20%.</p>

Six of us went on the dolphin / snorkeling tour with Captain Rob. We had an absolute blast. He helped us find dolphins and got us close enough to them so that we could jump in and swim with them!  Then he took us to two snorkeling locations and they were full of fish and sand dollars. I would definitely book this trip again!

Small Group Dolphin Tour

The staff was not friendly at all, they didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. This was the activity my children were most excited about for our whole trip and it was their idea in the first place. We were so excited because it was a max of 6 people and we had 6 people in our family. I was hoping for an informative and fun experience but we did not get that. We felt rushed, ordered around, and not relaxed one bit. The captain did not take the time to really explain anything that was happening or around us except rush us to get into a proper viewing position to see the sea turtles last minute which didn’t allow us time to grab a photo or tell us what we should expect next on the boat ride. We had two incidents with jet skiers, the first one was when we were leaving the bay and our captain was moving quickly between the shore and a jet skier towing another jet skier. The one on the front jet ski screamed, “slow the f down old man, what the f are you doing?” Which in return our captain flipped off the people on the jet skis. One of the teenagers saw him do this and mouth back f you with a big ole middle finger. Not exactly relaxing fun in PCB. My son is neurodivergent and was super excited about learning everything in the area and hearing a ton of facts only to be let down by not one question being answered by the captain. He told him no questions now we will talk on the boat and never did answer his question so my son never asked another question. A second jet skier gave us the slide across the throat hand signal when he saw us heading for the gulf like do not go out there and the captain told us it was rough and if it was too rough we could come back. We didn’t mind the roughness but we didn’t get to see the dolphins and I know you typically have a 98% success rate we just ended up in that 2%. We did get to see a couple sea turtles and one came up for air which was awesome, I just would’ve loved to be able to have captured these moments on camera if the captain had been more informative and gave us a bit of info on what was next. He rushed us off the boat to snorkel and my daughter has anxiety about anything since she’s literally scared of everything and he showed zero compassion towards her. Very much all business, no love for what he was doing, no connection, no information which is what it should be. I personally live in Louisiana and swamp tour guides or captains of boats around here have a completely different vibe. We were let down, not one family moment captured as a group. Made us leave shell island 10 minutes earlier than he told us to meet at the boat rushed us off rushed us on, then my daughter was nervous about getting back on the boat, mind you she has horrendous depth perception and wears glasses, so it’s sunny she’s wearing glasses and doing something she’s never done before, I’m behind her and encourage her that she’s fine and if she needs help she could reach for the captains hand. He straight up says, no you don’t need my hand. Just not the best way to end the trip. The scenery was spectacular and the weather was amazing. We throughly enjoyed ourselves but the experience itself just wasn’t up to par. I had to really talk to the kids and process the boat trip, the captain called three times and texted about a tip. After thinking about the experience I just am struggling with how much to tip. This was our experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

It was horrible! Capt Robert was rude from the get go, to all of us. He parked us on the far side of shell island and my family were told we had 40 min it took almost 10 minutes to walk over & back so 30 min to snorkel. Myself I turned back because of leg cramps. After I waited back out to the boat. I was having trouble climbing aboard because of the leg cramps. But after I got on board he said “ If you would lose some weight it would not have been that hard.”(I’m 5ft 10 in 230 lbs. Then we tried to tip him he refused cash and insisted on us using plastic. Our group had $50 cash to give him. But he was so rude to us all we said forget it we will never use your services again. My 9 yr old niece started calling him Rud Robert after we left,so if a 9 yr can pickup on someone like that it’s bad.

Bad Robert

The lady at the front was very nice - but after that customer service was to be desired.

We had “Captain Rob”. When he came over to us he just said follow me- we got on the boat and he explained zero things - nothing on safety, nothing on how the ride was going work etc.

Our youngest got scared because Captain rob wanted to give my husband a “great” experience and went aggressive. 
Captain Rob then asked me if our youngest was special needs because he was acting up.

We were very disappointed in the “snorkel” experience.
We were able to see a few dolphins, which were very nice! 

On the ride back, he turned the music on for the first time for the last three minutes, and talked about how to tip him  the last 5 minutes.

When we got off the boat and back into the car we realized we still had a full 35 minutes left our experience, meaning what we paid for 2 hours we only got under  1.5 hours.
I was highly disappointed in this entire experience!

Customer Service to be desired - want our money back

He gave us our bucket list moment we all wanted which was to swim with the dolphins!  My kids talked about it all the way home and how much fun we had. This is a must if you go to Panama!!

Mr Rob was AMAZING !

The cruise was nice and got to see dolphins but capt Robert was very rude. He was very rude the entire time with me but super nice to the family and offered them photo while I was ghosted the entire time.

Such a great time. As a bonus we got to see sea turtles and a manta ray! Bring your own snorkel gear tho. His has a bit to be desired...

<p>I had two teenagers with me that have never been on the open ocean! They wanted to see dolphins, and have an adventure.</p>

<p>Captain Bruce was so awesome! Safety was important to him. He took us to an old shipwreck and encouraged us to snorkel. I am so glad we did! The girls thought it was the coolest part of our whole trip.</p>

<p>The weather was perfect. Our “bus driver” Bruce made it so fun! We went out with the lather group and ended up talking a lot and making friends with them. There is nothing like boating out into the gulf. We snorkeled around some rocks and witnessed the sea at its best. It was so clear and beautiful! We were able to see things that the locals most likely take for granted. I am so happy we went!. I learned a lot of awesome things about the area. I am from KY, and I learned that after the hurricane some of the landscape there was rearranged. They brought rocks in from where I live. Bruce said it took 8 months by barge. Very cool!</p>

<p>Anyone would enjoy this! Families, couples, and groups! It’s so fun and affordable, and you learn so much!</p>
