We found TripShock when we googled fun things to do in Destin. Found this website and checked out activities that were reasonable prices within our budget and found the dolphin cruise. And we are so glad we did.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked our trip that morning. We planned it about 5 hours before departure.

Why did you choose this activity?

We chose this activity due to timeframe, budget, and activity. Sailing on the gulf and bay and a 98% chance to see dolphins. Win-win.

How did you get to the activity location?

We drove our vehicle to the activity. We had lunch on the wharf and walked over for our activity. Tons of parking for a holiday weekend. Easy access.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The captain was friendly and funny. He was knowledgeable and kept an eye out for the dolphins and let us know where to look. It was so fun.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

Our son fed the birds. We saw so many dolphins. Some turtles. Our teenage daughter said she thought she saw stingrays and as I was taking pics of the dolphins, I thought I saw them too. The figure at the bottom of the sand sure did make it look like stingrays. We had a great time. Our kids are 13 and 15 and they both loved it. For teens to love the adventure, you know it’s a win. We will come back and bring others to enjoy it with us. We can’t wait to go back.
On another note, no one was sick or nauseous. It was a smooth easy ride for us.
Oh and when you go; take some cash, they do not take cards. Chips and sodas are $1 each. Pretty good deal.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

It was perfect for us. Loved it. Teenagers had fun. A short trip but made some great memories. If you’re not seasick or get Nauseous, then this is a trip for you
