How did you discover this activity?

This tour was suggested when we had to cancel our private pontoon boat activity. I actually think my kids enjoyed this more than they would have liked the pontoon, and it was so nice to sit back and let someone be our boat captain.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked our dolphin cruise on the morning of the tour, because we wanted to do an extra special activity with our kids on New Years Day.

Why did you choose this activity?

My daughter loves dolphins and my son loves birds, so this was a great activity for both of them. We selected the 3:30pm cruise because we wanted to watch the sunset on the boat.

How did you get to the activity location?

The Destin Harbor was a 10-minute drive from our Miramar Beach condo.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The captain was really friendly and welcoming. He told us great information about the history of Destin, and he knew exactly where to find dolphins.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

My toddler and kindergartener loved watching the beautiful dolphins playfully flip in the air. I was so happy that I had my camera out, because I caught them jumping at the perfect time. Their grandma also loved getting pictures later that day to see how much fun everyone was having! It was awesome watching them play with each other and jump out of the water. Honestly, this was my favorite part of our entire trip.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I highly recommend this tour for families with small children. 90 minutes was the perfect amount of time for their attention spans. I also appreciated that we were able to bring snacks on board with us, because my son loved feeding his chips to the seagulls.
